Holly Borst, Corporate Sales Manager
My name is Holly, and I am the Corporate Sales Team Manager at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood, where I have worked for the past 7 seven years. Prior to working at the Four Points, I worked at our former sister property, the Forefront Center for Meetings & Conferences. I previously held positions with Marriott, Ritz Carlton, and Hilton properties in various positions. I love assisting clients, especially in the corporate market. I take great pride in booking an event and watching it evolve from start to finish – while always striving for the best client experience. Professionally, I always stay true to the quote, “We are ladies and gentlemen, serving ladies and gentlemen.”
In my free time, I enjoy taking road trips with my husband. I also love Golden Retrievers and have two of my own.
Kristen Cronin, Sales Manager
My name is Kristen Cronin, and I joined the Four Point by Sheraton Norwood Sales Team in 2014 with a background in both Corporate and Catering Sales. I am the one in the office that will always lift your spirits, whether it is by lending a hand or starting a cubical dance party to get the energy flowing!
At the Four Points Norwood, I work with groups in the education and religious markets, ensuring that all their meeting needs are met! I use my catering skills to book and coordinate private dining events for our popular onsite restaurant, One Bistro. I help many people celebrate rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, showers, and other small events in the One Seventeen dining room.
In my free time, I am often found cheering on my two daughters in their various sports, spending time at the beach with my husband and family or chasing my very active yellow lab!
Caitlin Manning, FM Global Sales Manager
I am Caitlin Manning, and I am the FM Global Sales Team Manager at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood. I started my 12-year career here at the front desk before being offered the opportunity to work as a Sales Administrative Assistant at our sister property, the Forefront Center in Waltham. I returned to the hotel after the pandemic, and I am happy to say it feels like I never left! While I am responsible for one client, they keep me busy, and it has been a delight to learn more about their business and to get to know the employees!
Outside of work, you can usually find me on a road trip, in my garden, working on my house, or relaxing with my Nintendo Switch!
