Jaime Whynot

Director of Conference Sales & Rooms

Jaime has worked her way up through the ranks of the Sales Department since joining us in 2011, giving her an intimate knowledge on the inner workings of the Norwood Conference Center. From Sales Administrative Assistant, to Business Development, Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager-Jaime now leads our team as the Director of Conference and Room Sales. On top of managerial demands, Jaime works with some of our largest SMERF accounts. Jaime loves seeing groups return year after year and being able to develop long standing relationship with her clients.

Mindy Keyes

Director of Catering

Mindy started her journey at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood in 2007, after working as a banquet manager. Over the years, she was promoted to Senior Catering Sales Manager before being promoted to Director of Catering in 2022. In addition to weddings and social events Mindy works with our Association and non-profit groups to book and coordinate fundraising galas, awards banquets, and dinner meetings. Mindy loves the challenge of working with fundraisers, striking a balance between ensuring that groups are giving a five-star experience while also raising funds for their groups.

Holly joined the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood in 2015 as one of our Corporate Sales Manager after previously working at our sister property, the Forefront Center for Meetings & Conference. Holly loves assisting those booking Corporate Meetings and takes great pride in booking an event and watching it evolve from start to finish.

Kristen Cronin

Kristen joined the sales team in 2014 bringing a strong background in both Corporate and Catering Sales. Kristen focuses on groups in the Religious and Education Markets for meetings, ensuring all their needs are met. With her strong Catering skills, Kristen also handles booking and coordinating private dining events for our on-site restaurant One Bistro.

Caitlin Manning

Corporate Sales Manager

Caitlin started her career as a Front Desk agent at our Four Points by Sheraton Norwood. Her friendly demeanor and technical skills made it a natural transition when a Sales Administrative Assistant position opened at our sister property, Forefront Center. After the pandemic, Caitlin came back to the Norwood Conference center at the Four Points as a Corporate Sales Manager focusing on the FM Global Account.

Jayme Dalipovic

Catering Sales Manager

After five years running our Banquet Department, Jayme transitioned into her current role as Catering Sales Manager. With her knowledge in event operations and the culinary world, Jayme quickly settled into her new role in Sales. In addition to booking weddings, bar mitzvahs and social events, Jayme also handles all catering events for the corporate market. She has created innovative holiday party packages and summer BBQ party packages to offer to her clientele. She is our teams’ go-to person when we need a custom menu developed or an out of the box idea for an event.

Nicole started her Norwood Conference Center career as an Administrative Assistant for the Sales and Catering Department. Her attention to detail and engaging personality led her to be selected as the FM Global Conference Coordinator. Her favorite part of her job is turning the small details into something meaningful, while building relationships with her clients.

Laura Fellini

Laura is one of the longest tenured employees at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood, with her experience spanning almost 4 decades. Back when the hotel was a Best Western, Laura served as an evening shift manager at the front desk. She has certainly seen a lot of changes! Laura works with some of our largest events here coordinating for all of our Association and SMERF market meetings. Event logistics can be daunting but not when you’re working with Laura! Laura loves that every day is something different-she never gets bored!

Meryl has a unique perspective as a Conference Coordinator-as she started out as one of our clients. After serving as an Administrative Assistant to the Sales Department for a year, she moved into her current role as one of our three Conference Coordinators. Meryl focuses on our Corporate meetings and events. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships and meeting new people. She strives to ensure her clients are 100% satisfied with their meeting from start to finish.
