A Conference Coordinator, by definition, organizes gatherings according to a client’s needs and preferences. At the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood, our dedicated Conference Coordinators are much more than that! Not only do they have a keen eye for detail, an outstanding ability to multitask, and a genuine love for their work, they will be there every step of the way so that you can plan your next event with confidence. Their role is meaningful, dynamic, and while challenging at times, one that is indispensable to our operations! Meet our Conference Coordinators below!
Jeannine Reid-Sitkauskas, Sales Administrative Assistant
My name is Jeannine, and I am the sales and catering team’s Administrative Assistant. While I am still new in this position, joining the team in March 2023, I am excited and feel very lucky to have been able to join such a great team. I look forward to continuing to learn everything I can about the industry and getting to work more with our fantastic clients. My one tip for planning an event is to have a separate folder in your email where you can save all the planning communications, menus, travel information, etc. This way everything is in one convenient spot for easy and quick review; this way no detail is missed!
While I am not at work, I like to spend my time crafting, reading, going to concerts, trying new restaurants, and traveling the world with my husband Vinny; I have a very extensive bucket list! I am currently teaching myself French, have an adorable cat named Beans, and love all things Christmas.
Laura Fellini, Conference Coordinator
I’m Laura Fellini and am one of the conference coordinators here at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood. I’ve been here for 39 years! I started out working at the front desk as an evening shift manager when we were a Best Western property, so I’ve seen a lot of changes. I currently work with groups on the logistical details of the meetings they book here. Event logistics can be time consuming but if you know everything from the biggest to the smallest details you will have a successful event. I greet you upon arrival and I am your on-site contact if you need anything during your meeting. What makes my job so interesting is the variety of groups I get to work with. Every day is different, and it never gets boring.
In my spare time I enjoy doing puzzles (the bigger the better!), playing with my pup Finn, and traveling. One of my favorite places to visit is Marathon, Key West so I can kick back, do a little fishing, and relax.
Meryl O’Donnell, Conference Coordinator
I started my career at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood as the Sales Administrative Assistant in 2014. I quickly learned how much I loved the hospitality industry! In 2015, I moved roles to my current position as one of the three Conference Coordinators, with a focus on corporate meetings and events. My favorite part of my job is building relationships, meeting new people, and knowing my clients are 100% satisfied with their experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my husband and three daughters, and reading a good book!
Nicole Bradford, Conference Coordinator
Hi! My name is Nicole Bradford, I am the FM Global Conference Coordinator at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood. I have worked at the Hotel for 7 years! My passion for the hospitality industry began when I started my career in the Catering Sales Office as an Administrative Assistant.
My favorite part of my job is turning the “small” details into something meaningful and building a relationship with our clients. I am involved in every step of the client journey, from the initial stages to the actual event. I love witnessing the event unfold in real-time and engaging with all our guests. Having my clients leave happy and fulfilled means I did my job! My #1 coordinating tip is attention to detail! I pride myself on my work.
In my free time, I enjoy visiting my favorite Rhode Island vineyards, grabbing brunch with my girlfriends and spending quality time with my family. My favorite travel destination is Aruba; we go every year if we can!
