Our Catering Sales Team is responsible for booking and planning our social events, most of which are hosted in The Tiffany Ballroom.  And our Social Media Associate works effortlessly and symbiotically to help promote our hard work and achievements in event planning.

Mindy Keyes

Mindy Keyes, a Certified Marriott Wedding Planner, has been a Catering Sales team Manager at the Tiffany Ballroom since 2007, growing into the senior position in 2016 and advancing to Director of Catering in 2022. 

She has a sincere passion for all things weddings and a love for personalizing each detail, from flowers to wedding favors, and everything in between that goes into crafting a couple’s perfect wedding day. Over her many years working at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood, Mindy has enjoyed seeing couples return to the Tiffany Ballroom after their wedding days to then plan their anniversaries and even baby showers!

In addition to planning weddings and social events, Mindy works with all our Associations and Non-Profit groups planning fundraising events.  She is very skilled at assisting these groups by striking the perfect balance between putting on a stellar event to help raise funds while also giving guests a 5-star experience.

She holds degrees in Art and Art History, aiding in her ability to design a truly stunning and memorable event. In her free time Mindy loves to travel to some of her favorite destinations, including Disney and island hopping in Hawaii.

Jayme Dalipovic

After beginning her hospitality career in Boston, Jayme came to the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood in 2011 as our Banquet Manager.  After five years running and executing social and corporate events and managing a team of close to 50 employees, Jayme transitioned into her current role as a Catering Sales Team Manager in 2015.

With her knowledge in event operations and the culinary world, Jayme quickly settled into her new role in Sales.  In addition to booking weddings, bar mitzvahs and social events, Jayme also handles all catering events for the corporate market.  She has created innovative holiday party packages and summer BBQ party packages to offer to her clientele.  She is our teams’ go-to person when we need a custom menu developed or an out of the box idea for an event.

Jayme is a top-performing Sales Manager at the Four Points and was nominated and won the prestigious title of Marriott Select Brand’s Sales Leader of the Year, 2022. Her leadership and expertise have helped the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood achieve record-breaking sales and establish itself as one of the top venues in the area.

While breaking sales records and managing a full book of business, Jayme manages to keep her colleagues laughing.  She is known for playing a practical joke (or two) and keeps her colleagues’ spirits up, especially during the busy seasons!  

Jayme holds a Culinary Degree from the Culinary Institute of America, and in her free time she loves to cook and bake with her two kids.

Rachael Almeida

Meet Rachael Almeida, our talented Social Media Associate at Four Points by Sheraton Norwood! Rachael is responsible for curating and sharing captivating content across all our social media pages and bringing our property to life online. 

With a keen eye for detail, Rachael is often seen capturing moments throughout the hotel and conference center, making sure our guests feel connected and engaged with our brand. She stays up to date with the latest social media trends and topics, ensuring that our content is always relevant and inspiring. 

Fun fact, although Rachael studied Communications and Media at Bridgewater State University, she spent a decade teaching preschoolers at the YMCA! 

When Rachael is not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and her own little preschooler. They love exploring the South Coast, keeping busy with some carnival, fair, festival, or other family event. She also loves taking advantage of her Marriott Bonvoy benefits to travel and create unforgettable memories.
