Jaime Whynot and Mindy Keyes, our newly appointed sales directors, bring a wealth of experience to our team at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood. With their extensive years of service, they have a deep understanding of our business and know how to drive sales and enhance our daily efforts in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. However, they are not just leaders, they are also actively involved in the day-to-day operations, always ready to lend a helping hand, be it flipping a room or assisting in the kitchen. Apart from their leadership responsibilities, they oversee a dedicated sales team that works tirelessly to build and nurture relationships within our community. It is their unwavering dedication and commitment to providing five-star service to each and every client that truly sets them apart from others in their field. Jaime Whynot

Jaime Whynot, one of the sales directors has been a valued member of the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood team since April of 2011. She began her journey as the sales admin and quickly transitioned into the exciting role of new business development. With her dedication and expertise, she climbed the ranks, becoming the sales manager, senior sales manager, and finally landing the prestigious position of director of conference and room sales. Jaime’s career in the hospitality industry took her from the vibrant South Shore area to the bustling city of Boston, and eventually led her to the charming town of Norwood. Beyond her impressive professional achievements, Jaime is also a loving mother to two incredibly active girls.

Mindy Keyes

Mindy, a certified Marriott wedding planner and one of the sales directors has been part of the Tiffany Ballroom team since 2007. Over the years, she has grown into a senior position and eventually became the Director of Catering in 2022. Mindy’s passion lies in all things weddings, and she takes great joy in personalizing every detail, from flowers to wedding favors, to create the perfect wedding day for couples. She has also had the pleasure of seeing couples return to the Tiffany Ballroom to plan anniversaries and even baby showers after their wedding day. Apart from weddings and social events, Mindy also works with associations and non-profit groups, helping them plan fundraising events that strike the perfect balance between raising funds and providing a five-star experience for guests. With her degree in art and art history, Mindy brings a unique ability to design stunning and memorable events. In her free time, she loves to indulge in her passion for travel, with some of her favorite destinations including Disney and exploring the islands of Hawaii.
