Zachariah’s Breakfast – Open at 6:30am, our Zachariah’s Dining Room is a perfect place to grab a healthy breakfast on your way to work or, if you have some time, take advantage of our full buffet breakfast. We offer the most delicious and freshest ingredients. Our staff will be delighted to make an omelet or Belgian waffle, fresh and made to order right in front of you! Join us and enjoy this breakfast experience, which is included in a lot of our best available guest room rates, or stop in even if you are not staying with us!
Breakfast On-The-Run – Don’t have time for a leisurely breakfast? Grab one of our delicious breakfasts, to go! Located right at the front desk, you can stay nourished during your day with one of our Chef-created meals.

Zachariah’s Lunch – After 10:30am when Zach’s closes for breakfast, we start serving our fabulous luncheon buffet. A different type of magic occurs during lunch, as our staff starts to set up the buffet stations and the chef-attended station. That magic continues in the kitchen as our Chefs prepare several hot entrées, sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts! Prepared with healthy and fresh ingredients, this lunch is a special perk for our conference and meeting attendants but is also available to any of our in-house guests!
One Bistro – Open for lunch and dinner, One Bistro is a local favorite. Featuring an eclectic menu, including French, American and New England influences, our restaurant is not your average hotel dining experience. Its casually elegant ambience makes One Bistro a great place to unwind and enjoy authentic local flavors found in our burgers, seafood, pizzas, and delectable daily specials.
