The year 2023 was another remarkable year for the Four Points Sheraton, Norwood, in Massachusetts and our hotel staff worked endlessly and passionately to ensure every guest, restaurant patron, and meeting attendee had an exceptional experience with us.   

The employees at the Four Points Sheraton, Norwood are more like a close-knit family, and they are one of the main reasons behind the hotel’s success.  Because of their dedication and hard work, these quarterly recognitions give us a chance to highlight those who demonstrate exemplary individual achievements and outstanding job performance.  Voted on by their colleagues, managers and our guests, the results are in!

In Quarter 1, Eric, who is an extremely talented and hardworking line cook, was recognized for his dedication in One Bistro’s busy kitchen. His contribution to the food and beverage team has been invaluable, especially when preparing made-to-order dishes and working our popular action stations during events. 

In Quarter 2, Luc stood out for his dedication and positive attitude, bringing immense value to the food and beverage team. He excels at making delicious omelets for breakfast in our Zachariah’s restaurant, all while providing excellent service with a gracious attitude. Additionally, Luc’s support during events at action stations are greatly appreciated.

Quarter 3, McCall is known for her constant smile and positive presence. Since starting at the hotel, she has transitioned from the sales department to the role of Assistant Manager of Purchasing. McCall’s versatility and hardworking attitude have made her an integral part of the hotel’s success. She is always ready to help, whether it’s assisting in the kitchen with a meal plate-up event or leading a school supplies drive.

Quarter 4, Michelle is one of our shuttle drivers, was named the winner. Michelle’s compassionate attitude and commitment to excellence have earned her the respect and admiration of both guests and colleagues. She goes above and beyond to assist in any department, including being an invaluable part of the front desk team. Her love for her job shows in every interaction she has!
