At the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood in Massachusetts, we consider our guests to be the most important part of our business. We thrive for their satisfaction and guests’ feedback. Our staff is always striving to create an unforgettable experience for each guest who walks through our doors, and we are also grateful for the hard work they put in every day to make that happen. As we move into the holiday months, we are taking the time to reflect on this past season and are proud of what we have accomplished!
